Record sale for acreage estate South Western Sydney - The Agency

Property Partner Ben Marovic told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND there were multiple interested buyers due to the lack of properties of this calibre within the marketplace.

“The home in a peaceful rural setting offered 1200sqm (approx.) of internal space on over 10 hectares of land with impeccable presentation.

“The buyer had specific needs in regard to size and area to accommodate their multigenerational family and the vast floorplan with multiple living and entertaining zones as well as five bedrooms with walk in robes and ensuites married with their requirements.

“The provincial design and privacy offered on the large allotment were all key selling points for the Sydney buyer.

Ben said the demand was strong with 12 groups of buyers through the property in the 49-day campaign which resulted in multiple offers.

“There is currently strong demand from locals as well as buyers from right across metropolitan Sydney for quality properties which do not require any renovations as the cost to renovating and construction has significantly increased.”
