I live in Phoenix and own a condominium unit. There are rats on the rooftop that damaged my air-conditioning wires on two occasions. The HOA had a roofing contractor repairing the roof and they also damaged the air-conditioning.
I have all the documentation of repairs, receipts, and a video of rebars placed on the air conditioner unit. The HOA Board denied my claim. What can I do?
